Concave Reception Area Wall, 108" x 60", Anigre veneers & solids, 2002, Gillette Children’s Hospital, St. Paul. The veneer for this wall was chosen because of the lustrous figure of the wood being at right angles to the grain. The result is a flow of grain over the surface with a countering flow of light.
