Donor Wall, 16' x 7', engraved red anodized and brushed aluminum plates, 2001, Minneapolis Area Chapter, American Red Cross. The 2,050 engraved plates are grouped into 410 images of the Red Cross Logo. Each cross is composed of five plates which nest together with the surrounding crosses. Each cross lights differently than the crosses that surround it, and walking past causes each of the 410 crosses to change its brightness.
